A: You are not contractually tied to BodyZone for any specific period of time; you can cancel at any time with one months written notice to the club.

Opening hours are :-

• Monday: 7.00am – 9.00pm
• Tuesday: 7.00am – 9.00pm
• Wednesday: 7.00am – 9.00pm
• Thursday: 7.00am – 9.00pm
• Friday: 7.00am – 8.00pm
• Saturday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
• Sunday: 9.00am - 3.00pm

A: You will be issued with a pin number that is unique to yourself which will enable you to gain access into the Club via a keypad at reception. On your first visit to BodyZone the staff will take a webcam photo which will display each time you enter your private pin number, thus ensuring that pin numbers are not shared or abused.

A: Yes, we provide a free 30 minute induction with a qualified trainer, during which we will show you how to operate the equipment, should you require this.

A: Yes, all classes are included with your membership.

A: Yes, showers are provided, lockers and toilets. Hairdryers are also provided. 

A: Locker use is FREE. Our lockers operate with padlocks so you should bring your own padlock, or alternatively you can purchase a padlock at reception. Lockers are only to be used for the duration of your workout.

A: Yes, we have a small team of qualified Personal Trainers. They are available at an additional cost of approximately £25 per hour on an individual basis but can also be booked on a group basis to be negotiated with the individual Trainer. Remember you do have a free induction with a Personal Trainer when you begin your membership.

A: Under no circumstances can you give or share your PIN number with anybody else. Offenders will have their membership cancelled immediately. All members entering and exiting the club are monitored by CCTV to ensure member safety and prevent PIN number abuse.

A: To cancel your membership you must give the club at least one months written notice via e mail to bodyzonenewcastle@gmail.com

As a courtesy please let us know within your e mail why you are cancelling your membership.  Following this you will receive an e mail from us confirming the date of your final payment, once you have made this payment simply contact your bank and cancel your Direct Debit. 

Please note that it is totally your responsibility to cancel your Direct Debit, if you fail to do so, your membership will automatically continue and under no circumstances will a refund be offered by the club.

Under no circumstances can memberships be cancelled verbally in club or over the phone; similarly we can not cancel your Direct Debit or Standing Order payment for you.

A: If there is a chance that you may not be here for the full term of the above membership then you should opt for the monthly membership, under no circumstances will refunds be made for memberships paid upfront in full.

A: You need to be 18 years old to join BodyZone.

A: No, it is just as easy to cancel your membership and rejoin once you are back in the area. However if you do rejoin at a later date you must pay a fresh joining fee.

A: Yes, you can pay £7.99 for a single day membership to try the gym or a class before joining.  If you join immediately after your session we will deduct the £7.99 off your first payment.
