Studio 1 - Main Fitness Studio

The Main Studio for classes is over 2,200 sq ft and can hold large numbers in each class.

The studio has a high quality sprung hardwood floor, mirrored walls and a stage for the instructor so that you can easily see them during a class.

Enjoy your class with our recently renewed top quality sound system and inspiring coloured LED lighting.

Instructor led LIVE CLASSES include the famous Les Mills BodyPump, Zumba, Kettlebells, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training and Awesome Abs.

LES MILLS VIRTUAL CLASSES will resume on 1st June 21 in full HD on a giant sized electronic screen. 

Virtual Classes are NOT here to replace LIVE instructor led classes; instead the technology allows us to host classes by world class instructors at off peak and quiet times, regardless of class numbers. We now have access to so many different types of classes even if we do not have a specialist teacher for that particular class. 

The Virtual Class Timetable is reviewed regularly, so please check your class timetable online at regular intervals for updates and changes. 


Studio 2 - Spinning Studio

If you like cycling you will love our dedicated Spinning Studio with lots of bikes, so it's easy to get into a class.

The instructor's bike is on a small stage to help you see them better, cool LED coloured lighting and a fantastic sound system provide for a great class environment.

Instructor led LIVE CLASSES are available and also the latest VIRTUAL CLASSES on another giant sized screen, world class instructors and all in full HD.


AWESOME ABS is an abdominal workout to trim an area, which we would all love to be flat.

BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.  Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic and empowering workout inspired by martial arts such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.  Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you'll strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYPUMP is the world’s first class to combine high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, can help you lose weight and ultimately change your body shape, all in record time.

BOXFIT.  Get fit, burn lots of calories and reduce fat.  Gloves, pads and skipping work in a fun friendly class.  Bring a friend for double the fun!

CIRCUIT TRAINING.  A class to target the aerobic, strength and endurance aspects of fitness, using a combination of exercises and drills to challenge the whole body.  This is an easy to follow class, with all the benefits of group exercise and lots of motivation.

CXWORX is the 30 minute personal training inspired core class that improves functional strength and assists in injury prevention like nothing else, formulated with a structured, scientific approach and unforgiving intensity, it will tighten and tone the abs, glutes, back and obliques - driving results where it counts the most.

INSANITY.  A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training.  By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes you to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.  INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training.

KETTLEBELLS.  This is one the best weight loss and muscle toning classes in the world.  Kettlebell classes involve swinging and moving the kettlebell in fast, fun combinations, with a highly qualified instructor.  It has all the elements for amazing fat loss, increased flexibility, mobility and strength.  Just what you need for a new physique.

HIIT combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire. Challenge yourself with this short and intense 30 minute workout. 

PILATES.  This class takes you through basic pilates and teaches you how to build your flexibility and endurance around your spine, using the muscles of your core.

SPINNING.  The class takes place on a stationary cycle which has adjustable resistance.  The instructor takes you through various moves to music with background disco lighting to get you going.  A fun athletic, cardiovascular workout that leaves you wanting more.  A prolific calorie guzzler that burns fat fast.

YOGA.  This yoga workout builds heat and power in the muscles to strengthen them.  It will help you improve cardio, strength and flexibility.

ZUMBA.  “Ditch the Workout – Join the PARTY!” A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.  Zumba will help you to achieve long term health benefits while experiencing an absolute blast of calorie burning, body-energizing, awe inspiring movements meant to engage you and captivate you.….long term.

Please note:

  •          Technique Classes are necessary before taking part in Spinning and BodyPump.  Ask at reception for details.
  •          Attendance, for all classes is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis only.
  •          Please collect a Class Token from reception and hand it to the Instructor before the class begins.
  •          Entry to classes will not be permitted without the correct class token.
  •          Tokens for evening classes will be available from 5pm. 
  •          Class tokens are not required for Virtual Classes, but please sign the Virtual Class register at reception before the class.
  •          All classes are for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced.
